So, the monkey was adorable with Louis - but should they have contact PETA first to check it was ok? Or were they well within their rights to use the monkey? According to 4Music they have been contacted by PETA and asked to remove the scene with the chimpanzee and the other wild animals as the trainer who supplied the animals has been in trouble with PETA before for several violations of the very minimal standards of the US Animal Welfare Act. Now obviously the boys did not know about this and were probably really excited that they could work with these animals. If PETA forces them to cut that scene they'll have to remake the whole video by my understanding. Because that scene is an integral part of the film clip. PETA is a massive piece of shit so i dont give a flying fuck what they think
as long as the animal was treated well then there is absolutely no reason to complain
